Healthy Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients:

- 2 Ripped Banana

- 1 Egg

- 1 cup Oats (ideally leave them soaked in water overnight)

- ½ cup Quinoa Flakes

- 2 tablespoons unsweetened Raw Cacao Powder

- ¼ cup Dark Chocolate Chips

Method:

- Mash the banana

- Add the egg and mix with the banana

- Add the oats, quinoa flakes and raw cacao powder

- Mix the mixture well

- Add the dark chocolate chips and mix them with the mixture

- Scoop them (using an ice cream scoop) onto a baking sheet, leaving a distance between each one and shape them with your hands, into a cookie form

- Bake for 12-15mins
