Banana Oatmeal Muffins


Ingredients:


3 bananas (mashed) 

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 tablespoon cinnamon powder 

3 cups oats (300 g) (soak overnight in water)

1 cup skimmed milk or any milk you wish (235 ml)


Method:


Mix all these ingredients together (you can add more milk if needed) 


Then add these toppings or any other topping you wish and as much as you want: 


Dark chocolate chips

Unsalted nuts (crushed) 

Mixed unsalted seeds

Fresh blueberries 

  • Prepare a muffin tray with muffin paper cups and put 2 tablespoons of the mixture

  • Put in the oven for 10 to 15 mins or until golden brown

  • Serve warm or cold

Store them in the fridge after they cool down in a closed container (up to 1 week) 


Whenever you want a fast healthy snack grab one on the go or heat it in the microwave and enjoy it warm with a cup of tea or coffee
