Beetroot and Hummus Dip

A basic recipe that is healthy, easy and the most important YUMMY!



Ingredients:


· 1 beetroot

· 1 can cooked chickpeas (mostly drained)

· 1/2 large lemon (juiced)

· A pinch of healthy pink salt and black pepper

· 2 large cloves garlic (minced)

· 1/4 cup extra virgin pure olive oil


Method:


Mix the ingredients all together and enjoy this snack at any time of the day with some toasted wholemeal bread or with wholemeal crackers or on a salad as a dressing or anything that you desire to try it with :)


Isn’t it easy and great? Trust me it’s delicious and very nutritious!
