A basic recipe that is healthy, easy and the most important YUMMY!
Ingredients:
· 1 00g cooked beetroot
· 240g cooked chickpeas (mostly drained)
· 1/2 large lemon (juiced)
· A pinch of healthy pink salt and black pepper
· 2 large cloves garlic (minced)
· Extra virgin pure olive oil (to blend to your desired consistency)
Method:
Mix the ingredients all together and enjoy this snack at any time of the day with some toasted wholemeal bread or with wholemeal crackers or on a salad as a dressing or anything that you desire to try it with :)
EXTRA: you can also add 2 tablespoons of Tahini if you desire
