Cookie Dough Bars


Ingredients:


- ½ cup Peanut Butter (unsalted)

- 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup (sugar free)

- 1/3 cup Dark Chocolate Chips

- ¾ cup Almond Flour

- 2 tablespoons Coconut Flour


For the chocolate nut butter layer:

3 oz sugar free dark chocolate 70% +2 tablespoons peanut butter (unsalted)


Method:


- In a bowl put the nut butter and maple syrup

- Place them in the microwave for 30s

- Mix them together

- Add the chocolate chips, almond meal, coconut flour and mix them well

- Place the mixture in a dish with a baking sheet, press the mixture to the bottom of the dish (covering all corners)

- Freeze for a few mins

- In a bowl place the nut butter, dark chocolate cubes and put them in the microwave for 30s

- Put the mixture onto the base in the dish and spread equally

- Freeze once more for an hour

- Remove from the freezer and cut into small pieces
