Dates Energy Bites
All you need is:
- 1 cup dates
- 3 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2/3 of a cup oats
- 1/4 of a cup dark chocolate chips
Mix all the ingredients together in a mixer or by hand, form them into small balls and leave them to set in the fridge.
TIP: Roll them in crushed nuts if you desire.
*If the dates are dry put them in warm water for approx. 10 minutes to soften them and then drain the water before you use them.
