Ingredients:
1 cup organic oats (soak overnight in water)
3 tablespoons of mixed seeds NOT salted (pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, flax-seeds, hemp seeds or any seeds you prefer)
1 cup organic, pure crunchy peanut butter
2 tablespoons pure Maltese honey
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Some dark chocolate chips
Some baked not salted almonds, walnuts and hazelnuts
Optional: dried cranberries or cherries
Method:
Mix all the ingredients together and form them into small balls, store them in the fridge (they last up to 1 week)
*Tip eat them for breakfast to boost your energy (instead of coffee!!) or take them as a snack or as a dessert or before a good workout.
