Guilt-Free Pancake

Do you feel like a pancake but feel guilty at the same time? I have the guilt-free pancake for you! It’s easy but not only it’s also Oil, Butter, Salt and Flour FREE, YES you read right and you know what it’s also yummy! 


All you need is:

  • 2 eggs

  • 4 or 5 tablespoons of oats (if possible soak the oats in water overnight to avoid feeling bloated)

Mix both ingredients together, prepare a non-stick pan a little wet with water, heat it up for a minute and put the eggs mixture. Cook it for a few minutes until it’s golden brown (like an omelette) 


TIP: *To the mixture you can also add a banana, some cinnamon powder, any kind of milk you like, honey, cloves and 1 tsp baking powder. Ideally mix all ingredients together in a blender (these ingredients are to make a different kind of pancake) you can choose to eliminate the egg/s.

Serve warm with anything you desire as long as it’s healthy, today I made mine with walnuts, dark chocolate chips, a tablespoon of light peanut butter on the side, pure Maltese honey (on the pancake) and a little vegan/bio ice cream


Other toppings you can add:


- fresh fruit

- oil and salt free nuts 

- seeds

- maple syrup


Believe me it’s the best and healthiest pancake you’ll taste :)


TIP: *if you want to remove the egg yolk go-ahead
