Low-Carb Cookies

Super easy, fast and worth it recipe!


Low-Carb Cookies

Ingredients:


1 egg

50g Organic Almond Butter

30g Stevia Sugar

75g Pure Ground Almonds


Method:


-Preheat the oven to 190 Celsius.

-Line a baking sheet on a dish.

-Beat the egg in a bowl until foamy, and then stir in the almond butter and Stevia Sugar.

-Add the ground almonds and combine everything well.

-Use a teaspoon to make approx. 15 little balls placed on the baking sheet.

-Bake the cookies for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.

-Remove them from the tray and let them cool down.


The Low-Carb Cookies will keep for serval days stored in an airtight container.
