Tuna and Artichoke Spread


  • 1 or 2 large can/s water-packed tuna, drained and flaked

  • 1 can or freezer packet or fresh (always better) chopped water-packed artichoke hearts, rinsed and drained. *Put as many as you want (depending how much you like their taste) 

  • 3 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise 

  • 1 fresh lemon juice

  • Some dried oregano

  • Pink salt and pepper *you can put some fresh chili pepper seeds too

  • Fresh Garlic 

  • Pure Olive Oil 

Mix all the ingredients together.

Dip wholemeal crackers or spread on wholemeal bread and just enjoy :)
