1 or 2 large can/s water-packed tuna, drained and flaked
1 can or freezer packet or fresh (always better) chopped water-packed artichoke hearts, rinsed and drained. *Put as many as you want (depending how much you like their taste)
3 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise
1 fresh lemon juice
Some dried oregano
Pink salt and pepper *you can put some fresh chili pepper seeds too
Pure Olive Oil
Mix all the ingredients together.
Dip wholemeal crackers or spread on wholemeal bread and just enjoy :)
