A simple, fast snack!
What you need:
1 avocado (if the avocado is to hard, put it in the microwave for a minute)
1 or 2 eggs boiled
Method:
Mash them both together
Put some salt and pepper
and simply use it as a paste on your toast, you can add anything else on top, for example: grilled tomatoes, mixed seeds, onions, herds, etc as long as you keep it healthy.
*Tips:
Add some light or organic sauce to the paste if you don’t like the taste of avocado.
You can also add a fried egg or a poached egg on top of the avocado paste (with no eggs in it).

Avocados are a good source of monounsaturated fat, which can reduce your risk of heart disease.
Eggs are a very good source of inexpensive, high quality protein. More than half the protein of an egg is found in the egg white along with vitamin B2 and lower amounts of fat than the yolk. Eggs are rich sources of selenium, vitamin D, B6, B12 and minerals such as zinc, iron and copper.
